The purpose of this project was to develop and streamline paid media landing pages and bring them in-house. Pages are used for lead generation activities through search and social campaigns and must work hard to convert traffic. The objective is for lead generation and improved page conversion.This template was chosen for over 100+ paid media landing pages as well as across all National University System affiliates.
The idea was to create a new layout for the Academic Programs page on nu.edu (https://www.nu.edu/OurPrograms.cfm). Currently it is not easy to browse or search for programs on the website. The new page would have replaced the existing landing page with the major goal of improving the UX to increase form submissions and lead volume. With the new design, students would be able to find the program they are interested in more easily, thus motivating them to enroll. Another goal would be to bring relevant content closer to the top of the page and deliver a new way to view content via “Areas of Study”.

The goal for this project was to make changes to the RFI experience on NU.edu. The problem was that the RFI was two forms and needed to be consolidated into one. The goal with transitioning from two forms to one was to improve the conversion rate by 4 points. The key performance indicators are a conversion rate > 1.04%1 and an abandonment rate < 63.98%1.
