Summary

Partner ESI is a large engineering firm, but a visit to their website sent potential clients a different message. Wanting a bigger online presence, they sought out a redesign of their website. The user and business goals were solved by employing user-centered design and the use of UI/UX design. The process used included creating user personas, journey mapping, site navigation, wireframes, and mockups. I distilled client’s ideas into visual elements, interactive designs, and practical layouts and collaborated with developers regarding ideation, strategy, and creation this website. As a result, I created simple and delightful experiences for customers while delivering intuitive design solutions.
